Mushfiqoh’s journey to becoming the director and owner of Aspire Solutions is one that she loves to share.

As the eldest of five children, from a community where teenage drug use was common, she understood at an early age that to make a success of her life she would have to lead and take responsibility. Consequently, from the early age of 12, she took an interest in business by taking on paid work after school. This early work experience affirmed to her that if she could get her foot in the door, she had what it would take to create momentum, gain credibility and pioneer.

Her vision was always to work in areas where she could play an integral role in creating social change at a scale and this led to the inception of Evolve Management, a consultancy to advance business practice, profit and people, utilizing evidence-based practice and technology adoption.

She shares her challenges, successes and real passion with real conversations, ordinary moments, and inspiration.
